Enter the Elleseon Legion

The small boat slipped across the surface of the river with minimal effort, long ago it had been fashioned by the patient and loving hands of an Elven boatwright. The wood used was Elleseon, and the boatman had heard it said that the boats of the craftsman carried an enchantment, to be immune from capsizing. The boatman doubted that, but there was no question that it was a fine craft.

Dante's Law

Dante Nolan. Humble name for a humble man. His personality however, belied his stunning and deadly ability to put a bullet through anything he could see through a telescopic lens. His one true calling. Some men were born to be doctors, and live their lives in clean operating rooms and lush golf courses.

CZ: Meanwhile, Allinor

Allinor. A thriving, peaceful nation, centered around a city of the same name. Situated high on a bluff overlooking it's harbor, and the vast Eastern Ocean beyond. Its banners hoisted atop the towers that stood proudly on eternal guard fluttered in the stiff westward wind. Their pointed tips pointing to the Elven forests far to the West, and the Four Rivers and Kal'Lorryn mountain range beyond them. The White Steed stood proudly on the blood red field of each, one of the oldest symbols of the Kings and Queens of men.

The To Do List

July, 2006

It had taken a few months. Xavier Relaford had a superhuman ability with languages, but it still took months to learn the secrets of teleportation, and how doors *really* worked. By early July, he had linked a door in the Library to a door in the basement of a retail shop he had inherited from his father. Speak the right word, and you could step through to the library deep under Zonavi. Fail to speak the word, and you opened a small broom closet in New Jersey. He isolated the Library, so that the only way in or out was through his door, or teleporting, if you knew where it was.

Casting Call

Tagged:

I am now taking admissions for the ongoing game Cozeroth. There were 6 cast members when the game launched and we are down to four, now. I am not re casting original roles, I would like to open the board for fresh folks with fresh energy and ideas.

There is a third role, the role of Garrick Quopol, that needs filled, if someone dosnt mind the challenge of assuming an established character. The character is as deep as you would like him to be, and well backgrounded, with plenty of flexibility for taking ownership.

CZ: Theres more to quilting than sewing.

Enna,

Something moves in the high wilds. The ones who rescued Risos said something circled their camp. They found a book, as well, that scares me. It seemed old, and strong. A book. There is trouble brewing.

I sent this to you, because I knew you'd know what to do with it.

Those who know, don't seek, pt.2

Xavier Relaford followed the old man through the thin burlap fabric that served as his front door and into the mud brick hovel. It was more mud than brick he suspected, the floors were dirt, but there was a roof at least. It was mostly dark inside and very dusty and smokey. There was a fire burning in a small fireplace whose chimney evidently didn't function just perfectly. It allowed small puffs of smoke to escape out into the hovel, and that smoke seemed to hang in a blanket around four feet off the floor until the natural drafts eventually nudged it away. A few lanterns burned lowly here and there, shedding just enough light on the interior so one could see the dirt.

The scene had seemed to shift, right before Xavier's eyes after the voice had faded. The sounds of the street returned, and what people were around had stopped their nightly routines to look at the silly foriegner standing in a doorway brandishing a cane in terror. Madmen in these streets was nothing new really, so when he seemed to come to, they shrugged and minded their own business.

CZ: Deep Troubles

The Kal'loryn. An ancient name for the mountain ranges that split Cozeroth from north to south. Thousands of miles long, and tens of thousands of feet high, the name did not do them justice. Vokom's boots stood planted on the stone outside the mouth of the cave that led deep into the mountains, to other caves. A vast and deep network of byways to get from one place to another. This cave was the one his slaves had fled out of, and into this hideous green country.
