New Feature

As many of you are aware the site went down for over a week not too long ago. Unfortunately when the site goes down we do not have access to users email addresses and no way to contact users to let them know what is happening unless an admin or GM has a player's email address in their personal address book. I have been looking for ways to remedy this situation and think I have found a solution.
Google Docs provides a way to create forms people can fill out and it stores the information in a Google Docs spreadsheet. I have created one of these forms for anyone who wants to sign up for news when there is an outage or other happening on the site. There is a link to this form in the navigation panel on the left, just above where you log out.
The only information we ask for is your username and the email you wish to be contacted at. This information will be stored off site in a Google Docs spreadsheet open only to NextGen admins and only used to contact people with site news. It will not be sold or otherwise given to third parties.
To change or remove your email address, just send a PM to Heatwave or Chairman with the information to be changed.
