CZ: The Bluffs of Ga'their
The ground was fairly level heading east. Scrub woods and low rolling hillocks for a solid two miles. The mists had long since cleared, their chill forgotten as the sun shined warm on the three youths. Even their newfound armor and weapons seemed light, though their packs were a bit heavier than before. Making their way to the very top of the gulley, the view was breathtaking. The gully was a drain, a waterfall that ate its way back into the bluffs.

It's that time again...
|Time to wish China a much deserved Happy Birthday!
(insert songs, gyrating half-nekid mens, birthday cake, money, party hats, a bajillion trillion dollars to some dog shelter somewhere, etc. here...)

Supply Lines - Part 1
|(Note: this story takes place between the events of New Kid in Town, part 2 and part 3, and before the Bachelor Auction in TCQ)
Le Mastre's Park, Hudson City's answer to New York's Central Park lay under a thick blanket of snow. The trees were bare, limbs heavy with layers of ice and snow. The air was crisp and still. Lights dotted the darkness, newly installed lamp posts along the Park's walk ways and bike paths, each a small oasis amongst the palpable darkness of a starless, moonless night. The park was hushed, the silence lay as heavy as the snow. There was a sense of menace to the air, danger in the darkness.

Episode 4 - The Dinner - Part III - Down to business.
Duvalle pushed himself away from the table and sighed contentedly. There was nothing like a good meal to break the ice. While there was still an uncertain edge to everyone, they had seemed to come together, briefly during the meal, sharing the experience with relish.
Only Elizabeth and Marco seemed to still be completely reserved. Though he didn't completely understand Marco's frame of mind, his emotions indicated he have been processing a similar shock as Liz.
Duvalle made a mental note to make an appointment with Marco to see about helping him through his troubles. There seemed to be something related to the young man's grandmother's death and funeral that still bothered him. Duvalle hoped he could help.

New Kid in Town - part 3
|Who are you?
Who am I?
Wind in wings
Two angels falling
"You ain't gotta do this," Marty said, holding a blood-soaked t-shirt in one trembling hand. The young man had been beaten, rolled for the five dollars and change he had in his pocket and left in an ally to... to do whatever homeless people did whenever they got the shit beat out of them.
Die. Get better and crawl back below. Whatever. It happened more frequently now. No one knew why.
"Seriously," Marty breathed, leaning back against a well-used pillow and closing his eyes. "You don't. It ain't worth it."
"It is," replied his companion. "They'll learn."

Some of the few
What do you do to make ends meet?
A narrow alley, about a hundred yards away from the Grey Tower. Two men tower over a small child. Each of the men wears a heavy leather hood, covering their faces completely. Branded onto the leather is the outline of a hammer superimposed over a hand. The child stands as tall as he can, no trace of fear in his face.
"You're sure?"
