Current state of play...

Begin transmission.
I don't know how much time I'll have before this transmission is interrupted. I have been a little remiss with Slainte Mhath over the last week. I will have more time tonight to get both threads of that game back on track. Looking forward to starting up the second thread (A Night at the Opera) - there's still time to get a character in there if anyone's interested.
Work's starting on my Desolation campaign (and I don't care what Chairman says, I wanted to run it first). It's going to be a mostly city-based game, more information to be posted here. My plan is to use the blogs here as a design blog for the campaign setting then transpose the finished stuff over to www.hexipedia.com - that's the Ubiquity system wiki, currently for Hollow Earth Expeditions (hence HEX) and Desolation but which will expand it's remit once Battlefield Press gets their Fantastic Worlds line underway in earnest. I'm also writing a piece of software that will take a base creature and create a random broken/weave-touched version of that creature. So far, the broken side is just about done, I just need to prettify the output.
Then there's Eclipse Phase. This is worth looking into. There's a wiki/forum site over here: www.firewall-darkcast.com and they're starting up a transhuman science fiction horror game up over there. I'm very excited about this one as the whole game has been released under the Creative Commons licence.
Oh, and I'm trying to find time to write seriously as well. Thank goodness Evil Hat haven't released their Dresden Files RPG yet otherwise I'd have less than no free time left for anything!

Enjoy your Eclipse Phase,
Enjoy your Eclipse Phase, that sounds pretty darn interesting. (No, I don't wanna look or play. :D)
You can run Desolation first, but if you'd have volunteered last year when I was begging, I wouldn't be running one this year.
About game development, if you use the Guide Pages, instead of the blog, that might be better. It will keep the developmental stuff from being front paged. Plus I'm working on a way to make template files, that will only show up on guide book pages, to take care of navigation bars, for the internal websites. (Like TCQ and CZ's)
I'll use the game pages as
I'll use the game pages as you recommend for the development stuff. Thanks. Last year I was just wrapping my head around this gaming system so wasn't in a place to run Desolation. It's going to be a while before I'm ready to start, still getting my ideas in order. Eclipse Phase is a bit of a diversion for me as it's been a long time since I was in an SF game... Should be fun, though.
