Yes, he can turn into a dog and a bird. But it's not like Heatwave walks around with a "Do Not Stand Near While Microwaves In Use" label or anything! :)

China said I was channeling Heatwave so I replied as Heatwave. She never believes anyone is ever what they seem. As Danny was still nice to her even when he didn't know who she was she figures he might be at least a little trustworthy even if he still probably isn't what he seems.
