"Billy is coming over tonight, so could you, like.... you know... go to the movies or the library or something?"

It was question she'd heard repeatedly over the last few terms. Only the name changed. Her roommate, Delilah, had an appetite, one that was easily fed, especially in a campus as large as this one. There was no shortage of men willing to feed it.

She looked up from the object she held tightly in her hands, and looked in the large mirror attached to the back of her dresser. She avoided looking at her own hated image, concentrating instead on her room mate, wondering what porn star outfit she'd chosen for this evening. As usual Delilah Dearing didn't disappoint.

Delilah's long blonde hair was tied back into twin pig tails, bound with small red bows. They jutted straight out from back of her head like handle bars on a bike. Which was probably what they were used for, the watcher thought nastily. Delilah's face was artisticly made up, eyeliner and shadow highlighting sparkling yet mischievious green eyes, her high cheek bones were accentuated by blush, and her full, pouty lips were a deep moist red, just begging to be kissed.

She wore a white button down shirt, held together by one button and a knot that closed the garment just below her ample breasts, the other reason for her campus nickname, DD, or Double D. The open neck revealed a large expanse of cleavage, and the fact that underneath, she wore no bra.

Her bare mid-driff was toned, without being too muscular, light sparkled off of glitter from her favorite body spray. Riding low on her hips was a plaid and pleated micro-mini skirt, barely 2 yards of fabric in the entire skirt. The entire outfit was some pervert's fantasy version of a catholic school girl uniform. To top off the porn star aspect of it, a thin delicate chain circled her waist, resting on her hips. It closed just below her pierced navel, and another chain hung down to disappear below the sparse cloth of her skirt.

God how she hated her room mate. Even when she dressed 'normal', DD made her look like some thing a cat had just hacked up. Mumbling something incomprehensible, she clutched the item tightly in her hand and stood. She grabbed a back pack which was slung over her bed post and headed silently to the door, resentment and hatred pouring from her in nearly palpable waves.

As she closed the door behind her, Delilah was singing. "Oh Billy, you're so fine, your so fine, you blow my mind, oh Billy."  The door clicked shut, silencing the song.

Kudos.

Why thank you. :)  DD has a

Why thank you. :)

DD has a few more appearances to make, and I purposely wanted to keep the 'camera' off the roommate.

Kl thinks I have a penchant for odd names for Characters. She may actually be right, but I liked the ring of Delilah Dearing. :)

Memorable Names

I think memorable names lead to memorable characters, and that it's a frequent affliction for us creative types.  Smile

I for one can't get very far in character creation until I have the right name and usually bodycast.
