It looks like this is the heading for character fiction, maybe not all of it, but at least the background pieces and things up till the start of the campaign.
If you'll notice, at both the top and bottom of this page, you can cycle through the stories, from one to another. This allows a reader to read one of the stories, and when they reach the bottom, to go to the next or previous document in the book outline. It's just a really neat way to keep the stories and the fiction/blog pieces in order so that readers can get the entire story w/o missing anything.
For details on how to assign your blog entry to a game, see the FAQ under How to Play - Creating and Assigning blog entries. ...but the GM for each game decides on how, where or even if they want blog pieces assigned.
I'm still setting up the structure of the game and I haven't quite got everything in place yet.
The Project: Eradicate page is going to be split up. The first section is going to be the Project: Superman intro to the game and other possible background information as I complete it.
This section is going to be for fiction pieces set between the end of Project: Superman and the beginning of Project: Eradicate. The title is a play on Project: Superman and the event that caused it to be shut down.
After that I'll be moving fiction pieces to where they fit best within the current story.
