Frequently Asked Questions - Contact Information

What do I do if I need help or run into a problem?
Our forum has a help desk that is always available for members to voice their questions, suggestions, issues and concerns.  For the most part, all site related issues can be handled effectively in one of our forums.  You can also ask for help in our chat room. Please be patient and remember that all of our admins are volunteers. 

However if you have a problem that is better answered in a private setting, please PM your GM first, and if they can't resolve it, one of the site admins.  Any issues about other members or GMs should be sent to China.  It is very important that we keep the drama in the games and out of the site.

Who are the Site Admins?

For site related issues and concerns, please send a PM to Chairman or Gypsyav, as these admins are on with the most frequency.  For immediate help with site related questions and quick help issues, please post a message in the help desk.  The members are friendly and it will provide you the quickest resolution to those types of questions.

For more serious issues concerning conflict resolution, please send a PM to Chairman or Big Dave (Admelior), after trying to resolve the issue with your GM or fellow player.
