Online gaming convention
I think this is an interesting idea: RyvenCon is an online gaming convention happening in July.

What is RyvenCon?
RyvenCon is the admittedly somewhat egotistical name I’ve given to my first attempt at an online gaming convention. My wife is going to be out of town for a weekend in July and that means only one thing – Binge Gaming!
Originally, I was just going to round up some games for myself online that weekend but decided it would be better to spread the love a bit and round up a small handful of games, even if I can’t play in all of them. You know, community building and all that.
The function of RyvenCon is simple: sign up on the Google Calendar (below) to run and/or play in online RPGs.
When is RyvenCon?
RyvenCon will run Friday through Sunday, July 15-17 2011 at your house. BYOB. Pants optional.
