Please don't be discouraged if you don't get an overwhelming response.  If you have an idea for a game, we've got several of ways to help you recruit.  In my experience, build a solid game and have ample enthusiasm for it, and the player recruitment shouldn't be a problem.

We do ask that GMs be committed to running the game and making regular game moves before moving it from the staging area to a live casting call and game.  Start and drop games are very common in this medium and we'd like to avoid as much of that as we can at NextGen RPG.
