Track Tab

I'm missing my 'Track Page Visits' under my Track Tab. I don't know when this started for sure. I use it a lot to check member activity and help deduce if new handles are spam. Sometimes the 'Stop Forum Spam' site doesn't have all mal intent addresses, and tracking the new members activity or lack of activity helps to know if they're active.
It doesn't appear as though we've done any recent upgrades in Drupal. ...so I'm completely at a loss as to what happened to the sup tabs within the 'Track Tab'.
Any thoughts?

And it's missing completely from all of the blog posts.
I needs my Track Tab back. I'll look into it more, but figured the simplest first step was to see if any of the admins intentionally or unintentionally might have turned it off.
Thanks!
I haven't touched anything in a while.

...well, it looks like it's an issue with the Tracker module being disabled or perhaps uninstalled. I don't even recall a Tracker module, maybe it's part of the core.
I have to enable and disable modules in PHPadmin...and I don't see a file called module/tracker...so???
I'm not sure how to fix this.
Any ideas?
I guess I could reinsall the module or maybe upgrading the Drupal to the current version might auto fix it. Just don't want to do an overkill if it's something simpler than that.
The tracker module is one of the core Drupal modules.

Oh my gawsh.
My track tab is back!
Does ANYONE have any clue how or why?
This is so freaky. The disappearing/reappearing tab of mischief.
I'm so excited, and yet stumped and irritated all at the same time. *grin*
Could it have had anything to do with the spam blocker? I know that sounds utterly insane...but it's the only recent change that I can think of.
