Lost Coast Gaming - Closing

As many of you already know, Lost Coast Gaming will be closing their doors, when their contract runs out in June.

I wanted to pass on this information, in case anyone had anything in their blogs or games that are being hosted on that site, so that they can retrieve them.
I've had one request from a GM hosting his game there, and told him that he was welcome to port it over here when the doors close. This will be our first attempt to bring in a game that didn't start here, so bear with us through the transition and be as welcoming as you can to any of the new folks.

As a longtime fan of LCG I am sad to see its passing. I am even more happy that I found this gaming space and I hope that it will continue to grow and prosper.

Sure...sure.
It's as much a collaborative effort as the games are. Lots of people have chipped in to make this site a reality, and as we grow I hope that it continues to benefit from the talent of the members. ...and their feedback and suggestions.
...now if we could only get us a few more artists... :) ...and a couple more graphics peeps. ...and. ...and.
I'll be getting more art done as time permits. I have one project I have to have finished by this weekend and then I'll be able to concentrate on drawing game stuff again.

The guidebook is compliments of Bunty. And myself.
We plan on actually integrating them INTO any campaign home pages that want them....but really they're still a work in progress. Only because of time and interest. The technology is all there, it's just a matter of getting it done.
This is our interim and alternate solution to a wiki. We still want to do a wiki...but it's better to wait for someone else to perfect the module than waste KL's valuable time on trying to correct and figure out the current wiki drupal solution that is available.

There has been some recent activity on a module to integrate MediaWiki with Drupal. I've been keeping my eye on it and when it looks usable I'll let everyone know.

I got a note earlier today from Songstress. She told me that LCG will be closing it's doors later today.
I finished grabbing all of the Cozeroth stuff from the site, and a few of my own pieces that I wanted. Just a heads up, if you have anything there that you haven't retrieved yet... this is it.
The site had a good run and I'm sorry to see her closing her doors.
The other active games have relocated to www.rpg-fuzion.com . And Cozeroth will be housed here. So, at least the games have all found a new home.

Oops. So sorry. I misspell that word a lot. There used to be a rpg system called Fuzion, and it has forever screwed up my spelling of that word.
I'll get it right on the links page when I get around to adding it. I guess, I'll need to remove LCG from it as well.
