Legacy of Kings

An idea for a low fantasy medieval Rp focussing around one minor house as it struggles through troubles that plague it's lands and the intrigues that plague their leige lord. This is mainly inspired by the George R.R. Martin books "Song of Ice and Fire." I love the political concept and would like people to play the household, such as the lord and lady, their family and various positions that you would find in a medieval household.
I might be using the house management rules in the A Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying game from Green Ronin. The house is already created but not set in the westeros setting just inspired by it.

I'm not familiar with the setting but I think this could be an interesting game for some. I'm already in one fantasy game here so I wouldn't submit a character but it does sound interesting.

Imagination is the seed of intelligence. Nourish it and watch it grow.
After you look around and such, particularly at the FAQ section about GMing a game, just let me know if you would like to proceed.
Our membership base here is fairly small, but I'm happy to help you recruit on off site rpg lists.
I've actually been looking over the sight for the majority of the afternoon, and listening to alice cooper on youtube but that's another story, and I think this would be a great medium for me and my ideas. When I finish fleshing out my idea I would welcome any help I can get in recruiting. Should take me a day or two, (Thank god for holiday weekends).
Welcome!
Indeed, welcome! :) Though I'm already in a fantasy game, here I'm always up for another, at least to look things over. I need to re-read ASoIaF myself. Maybe I'll be done by the time Dance with Dragons comes out.
Still going to watch the HBO series, though. Thank God I'm not a purist! LOL
George R.R. Martin is something of one, he wont even endorse anyone putting an independent spin on his stuff, no fanfiction or nothing. Hence why I'm only going inspired by his works. Great seiries though and waiting for the HBO series to come out........*reminds himself to get HBO*
Well, he's not so much of a purist that he can't allow for consolidations, eliminations and changes when his books are being adapted to movies or whatever. :) But so far, he's liked what he's seen of the HBO series, so that bodes well. However, I do agree to going with the 'inspired by' byline. Makes things so much easier, in the long run.
